Arianna Trattoria Romana brings the trattorie of Rome to Fulham Road — dishes built on guanciale, pecorino romano, artichokes and slow-cooked Roman classics, made the way they've always been made in the capital's own kitchens. This is Italian food with a specific accent: Roman, not generic — the pasta alla gricia, the cacio e pepe, the carciofi alla romana that define Rome's own trattoria tradition.
Every plate that leaves our kitchen follows Roman tradition first: simple, honest ingredients, cooked with care, and served without unnecessary flourish. It's the food we grew up with, shared the way it's meant to be shared — at a table, with good company, on Fulham Road, moments from Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway.
